Steps to reproduce bug:
  1. Click on Enable pointer-events: none;
  2. Click on Toggle altContent
  3. Click on Disable pointer-events: none;
  4. Now try and scroll down STARTING YOUR SCROLL FROM THE NEW TEXT CONTENT (NOT THE MARGIN BETWEEN THE TEXT CONTENT, AND NOT ON THESE STEPS)
